Woonmaatschappij Providentia bv has awarded a framework agreement for maintenance, emergency response, repairs under warranty, and phased replacement of aged heating systems for HVAC and sanitary installations across approximately 600 properties (apartments and single-family homes) in 14 municipalities in the Halle-Vilvoorde region to EQUANS Services for a value of EUR 3,131,290. The scope covers collective and individual heating systems, electrical heating, hot water preparation, solar boilers, ventilation systems, pumps, sanitary installations, water softeners, and the replacement of boilers aged 18 years or older in groups as separate sub-contracts.
