Overview
Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens sind individuelle IT-Support-Leistungen zur Unterstützung der 16 Schulen der Stadt Hürth in den Bereichen Wartung, Betriebsunterstützung und Störungsbehebung der lokalen IT-Systeme an den Schulen einschließlich der dort eingesetzten Softwareprodukte.
Vorgenannte Aufgaben sind ebenfalls für die an den Schulen genutzte Cloud Infrastruktur zu übernehmen. Dies schließt auch die Unterstützung beim Betrieb der zwischen den Systemen erforderlichen Schnittstellen wie die Synchronisation der Benutzerdaten (Microsoft Entra) sowie dem verwendeten Mobile Device Management ein.
