Echipamentele supuse achiziției de față, in conf. cu Caietul de sarcini si Anexele acestuia, atasate prezentei documentatii de atribuire, sunt utilizate la masurarea cantitatilor de gaze naturale.
Entitatea contractanta respecta legislatia in vigoare in domeniul distribuirii energiei electrice si a gazelor naturale. Echipamentele necesare a fi livrate în cadrul Contractelor subsecvente Acordului cadru trebuie să fie in conformitate cu reglementarile in vigoare ale ANRE, BRML si SSM.
Conform ST 542, Contoarele de gaze naturale cu pistoane rotative vor fi conforme SR EN 12480:2015 şi Directivei 2014/32/UE (MID) sau echivalent.
Contoarele de gaze naturale cu pistoane rotative vor fi prevăzute cu convertor de volum pentru gaz de tip PTZ – conform ST elaborate de SC DELGAZ GRID SA. Conform ST 545,convertoarele electronice de volum de tip PTZ trebuie să corespundă cerințelor standardului SR EN 12405-1_A2:2011 sau echivalent.
