Wirtschaftsprüfer Elbkinder 2026-2030

Elbkinder Vereinigung Hamburger Kitas gGmbH and its two subsidiary companies have awarded a contract to PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft on 23 June 2026 to conduct statutory audits of their annual financial statements for the fiscal years 2026 through 2030. The scope includes audits under German Commercial Code, examination of fund utilization, consolidated financial statements with sustainability reporting under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, compliance with Hamburg Corporate Governance Code requirements, management reports, and provision of audit reports in both searchable PDF and printed formats, with audits scheduled for late February each year and final reports due by end of April.
