81317845-Capacity Development on Education Governance and Management in Lebanon

This contract supports the GIZ project "Governance in the Education Sector in Lebanon (EDU GOV)," commissioned by BMZ. The project aims to strengthen decentralized, digital, and gender-responsive education management in Lebanon. The contract focuses on Output 2: enhancing the capacities of MEHE, 4 REOs, and 9 public schools in education governance, planning, communication, leadership, and gender equality. Work Package 1: Conduct a gender-responsive needs assessment of education stakeholders to identify training gaps and priorities. Work Package 2: Design and deliver training via Training of Trainers or direct implementation on topics like leadership, crisis governance, and digital tools. Work Package 3: Provide on-the-job coaching, with a focus on female leadership. The contract supports EDU GOV"s goals of inclusive, resilient, and digital education governance.
