Salabostäder AB - Ramavtal Byggservice 2026

Salabostäder AB has awarded a framework agreement for building services with an estimated value of 70 million SEK to nine contractors: Byggconstruct AB, Byggkompaniet i Västerås AB, Byggmäster i Mälardalen AB, Byggsvängen Aktiebolag, EQ Bygg AB, Elvbygg AB, Hörnskog Wikström Bygg AB, K360 Nordic AB, and LJ ByggTeam AB. The agreement ranks up to three contractors and applies competitive re-tendering for larger call-offs. The framework covers building works including maintenance, repairs, and renovation services across multiple construction categories.
