Una vez redactado el proyecto que describe las obras de construcción del edificio de nueva planta que albergará los juzgados, este contrato contempla la ejecución de esas obras. Con la construcción del nuevo edificio de juzgados se conseguirá unificar las diferentes sedes judiciales existentes, que presentan escasez de espacio y obsolescencia de instalaciones, mejorando las condiciones en las que se presta el servicio público de Justicia, teniendo igualmente presente la posibilidad de futuro crecimiento de la planta judicial.
