Erweiterung Deponie Hoher Weg - Ludwigshafen Rheingönheim - Neubau Betriebsgebäude und Fahrzeughalle: Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (Leistungsphasen 3 - 9 HOAI)

The City of Ludwigshafen (Wirtschaftsbetrieb Ludwigshafen) awarded a contract to Ingenieurbüro Rückert GmbH on 27 April 2026 for engineering design services (HOAI phases 3–9) for mechanical and electrical building systems for a new operations building and vehicle hall at the Hoher Weg landfill extension in Ludwigshafen-Rheingönheim. The operations building will include office space for five employees, meeting rooms, sanitary facilities, shower and changing rooms, staff facilities, archive storage, and a truck scale (which is excluded from the scope), while the vehicle hall will be located separately; both structures are to be designed functionally and cost-effectively for eventual demolition after landfill operations cease in approximately 20–30 years.
