The Département du Gers awarded a framework agreement for social and professional integration services targeting individuals excluded from or facing barriers to the labor market, delivered through facility maintenance and school meal service support at public colleges. Four providers were selected: ASS. INTERMEDIAIRE DEVELOPPEMENT EMPLOI, ENERGIE M4, ESPA EMPLOI SERVICES DE PROXIMITE EN ARMAGNAC, and TRAVAIL ET PARTAGE, with a combined award value of 4,462.50 EUR as of May 19, 2026. The framework operates on a call-off basis with an annual maximum per lot and is reserved for work integration social enterprises meeting minimum thresholds for employing disadvantaged workers.
