Logivesdre has awarded a contract for the energy renovation and optimization of 144 housing units across two sites: Cité des Marlières in Stembert (100 units) and Rue du Commerce in Verviers (44 units), divided into four lots covering facade insulation, roof isolation, ventilation and electrical compliance, heating system renovation, and exterior carpentry replacement. The contract, valued at €9,098,285.68 and awarded on 27 April 2026, was won by a consortium of five contractors: Batiments et Techniques - Batitec SA, Electricité Alain Delavignette SRL, Jeanfils et Fils SA, Laurenty Batiments Gebouwen NV/SA, and Pierret Project SA, with works to be carried out in occupied buildings.
