ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG has awarded a contract worth EUR 5,476,708.50 to a consortium comprising IBBS ZT-GmbH, Zentrale & Stoik & Partner ZT-GmbH, and Tecton Consult Engineering ZT GmbH for comprehensive planning services on the Herzogenburg–St. Pölten railway corridor double-track expansion (Module 2). The scope includes preparation of a submission project under the Environmental Impact Assessment Act and Railway Construction Act, covering traffic and route planning, structural and civil engineering, building services, environmental planning, BIM coordination, and project management, with an optional phase for detailed design and operational authorization documentation.
