Overview
Die Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr GmbH beabsichtigt, qualifiziertes Personal einzusetzen, um eine verlässliche Fahrgastinformation im gesamten Bedienungsgebiet der rnv (Mannheim, Ludwigshafen, Heidelberg, Bad Dürkheim und Bergstraße) sicherzustellen.
Das eingesetzte Personal übernimmt insbesondere folgende Aufgaben:
- Fahrgastinformation im Umleitungs- und Störungsfall.
- Information der Fahrgäste bei Betriebsstörungen, Umleitungen und Schienenersatzverkehren
- Unterstützung des Fahrpersonals durch Weitergabe aktueller Betriebsinformationen an die Fahrgäste
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses während des laufenden Betriebs
