Kurhaus-Sanierung und Umnutzung von Teilflächen für die Integration der Gemeindeverwaltung

The municipality of Dobel has commissioned Weindel Architekten to plan the comprehensive renovation and conversion of the existing Kurhaus into a modern municipal administration headquarters. The project includes structural and technical overhaul, modernization of the banquet hall, establishment of accessible facilities, and integration of central administrative functions and a new tourist information office, with an estimated investment of approximately 5.2 million euros and construction planned for twelve to eighteen months following design phase completion.
