Overview
Scopul initierii procedurii îl constituie atribuirea contractului de furnizare de materiale de protectie, a materialelor sanitare si a celorlalte consumabile medicale, prin incheierea unor acorduri cadru pe 3 ani, durata ce poate fi prelungita prin act-aditional, cu acordul partilor, cu maxim 12 luni, conform art. 221, alin. 1, litera a, Legea 98/2016, conform caietului de sarcini.
Termenul limita de solicitare clarificari este de 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor.
Raspunsul clar si complet va fi transmis cu cel putin 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
