Overview
Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt die Bereitstellung und Einführung eines Personalmanagementsystems (nachfolgend PMS) als Cloud- oder Inhouse-Variante zu beschaffen. Aufgrund der Abschaltung des bisher genutzten Systems zum 31.08.2026 soll die Implementierung zum frühestmöglichen Zeitpunkt nach dem Zuschlag erfolgen, muss jedoch spätestens im Frühsommer 2026 erfolgt sein. Der abzuschließende Vertrag hat eine Mindestlaufzeit von 48 Monaten mit der Option auf zweimalige Verlängerung um weitere 24 Monate, sodass die maximale Laufzeit 96 Monate beträgt.
