Chiemgau Invest awarded structural concrete works valued at €7,374,982.05 to Pfeiffer Baugesellschaft m.b.H. on 6 July 2026 for construction of the raw building shell of an educational facility, including reinforced concrete structure, waterproofing and insulation of earth-contact components, foundation earthing, and conduit and basic piping work. The scope encompasses approximately 3,150 m² of levelling layer, 550 m³ of individual and strip foundations, 2,000 m³ of floor slabs, 4,000 m³ of walls, 120 m³ of columns, 350 m³ of secondary beams, 5,000 m³ of ceiling structures, and 175 m³ of stairs in prefabricated and cast-in-place concrete.
