Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern procured building cleaning services across three existing buildings, including removal of floor protection coverings (approximately 4,600 m²), pre-cleaning, fine cleaning, and post-cleaning of rooms across five floors (approximately 9,500 m² each for pre- and fine cleaning, 950 m² for post-cleaning), and window and glass cleaning across four floors (approximately 1,500 m²). The work was awarded to Fiederer Gebäudemanagement GmbH for €31,401.86 and executed in three phases from August 2026 to November 2027.
