„Абонаментно извънгаранционно техническо обслужване на медицинска апаратура за хеликална терапия Accuray ”Tomotherapy HDA”

The University Specialized Hospital for Active Oncology Treatment "Prof. Ivan Chernozemski" EAD has awarded a contract for out-of-warranty technical maintenance of the Accuray Tomotherapy HDA helical therapy equipment to MEDITEL Healthcare Bulgaria OOD for 838,520 EUR. The service includes scheduled preventive maintenance at least every six months, unlimited emergency repairs with 24-hour or 2-hour response times for urgent cases, software updates and licensing, quality control testing, and 24/7 availability with a maximum allowable downtime of 112 hours per 12-month period, all performed at the radiotherapy facility with transport costs included in the monthly subscription fee.
