Overview
El contrato tiene por objeto la suscripción por parte de IBERMUTUA, Mutua Colaboradora con la Seguridad Social nº 274 (en adelante IBERMUTUA) de una póliza de “Seguro de asistencia sanitaria” para los empleados de IBERMUTUA, sus familiares dependientes (cónyuge o pareja de hecho y descendientes) y para los titulares que durante la vigencia de este contrato adquieran la condición de pensionistas del Sistema de Seguridad Social y vinieran siendo usuarios como activos de este seguro de asistencia sanitaria, en este tercer colectivo también se podrán integrar los beneficiarios de los titulares, entendiendo por tales cónyuge o pareja de hecho y descendientes.
