Koleje Śląskie sp. z o.o. is procuring the design and construction of a new technical facility in Gliwice to service railway rolling stock, to be executed in two stages by 2 November 2028. The scope includes comprehensive design documentation (architectural, technical, and executive projects; environmental assessments; fire and safety specifications), basic construction works (demolition, preparation, support works), internal installations (water, heating, mechanical ventilation, compressed air, electrical, and telecommunications systems), and site development (pedestrian paths, internal roads, parking, sand silo, fencing, infrastructure relocation, and track and traction network systems). The contractor must obtain all required permits, approvals, and utility connection conditions, with environmental impact assessment decision expected in December 2026.
