Predmet nabave je pružanje usluga održavanja postojećih SAP licenci sukladno podacima iz troškovnika i tehničkih specifikacija predmeta nabave iz Priloga 1 - Tehničke specifikacije_DIR-2025-159.
Predmet nabave obuhvaća:
• održavanje SAP licenci ERP sustava Hrvatskih šuma društva s ograničenom odgovornošću (dalje u tekstu: HŠ d.o.o.) i
• konzultantske usluge redovnog i adaptivnog održavanja za SAP sustav Hrvatskih šuma (prema specifikaciji predmeta nabave)
Adaptivno održavanje se odnosi na usluge pojačane podrške i dogradnje sustava koje će Naručitelj definirati tijekom navedenog perioda.
Predmetne usluge će pružiti stručnjaci/ stručnjakinje koji imaju relevantna iskustva u pružanju predmetne usluga, odnosno kako je navedeno u uvjetima tehničke i stručne sposobnosti ove DoN.
