Overview
Die DMT-Gesellschaft für Lehre und Bildung mbH (nachfolgend auch "AG") plant im Rahmen des Fördermittelprogramms "5-Standorte-Programm" die Planung und den Bau eines neuen Transformationszentrums für Georessourcen und Ökologie (TGÖ) im Funkenberg Quartier in Herne. Der Fördermittelantrag für die Planungsphase wurde im September 2024 genehmigt. In dem neuen TGÖ in Herne sollen Arbeitsplätze für 88 Mitarbeiter*innen, Schulungs- und Seminarräume, eine Bibliothek, Räume zur Kollaboration und ein Fach-Archiv geschaffen werden. Weitere Informationen sind der den Vergabeunterlagen beiliegenden Projektbeschreibung (Anlage 7) zu entnehmen.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind die Architekturleistungen Objekt-planung Gebäude mit BIM Methode in Anlehnung an die HOAI und AHO Heft Nr.11 (01/2019) für den Neubau des "Transformationszentrum für Georessourcen und Öko-logie (TGÖ)".
