Die das Stadtwerk Regensburg.Mobilität GmbH errichtet auf dem Betriebsdienstgelände der Markomannenstraße einen Neubau, das sogenannte Zuberhaus, mit Umkleideräumen und Duschen in schwarz-weiß-Trennung, Pausenbereich und Besprechungs- und Schulungsräumen. Hierfür ist das Herstellen der außenliegenden Stahltreppen nördlich und südlich des Gebäu-des, aller Geländer an Treppen und Laubengängen sowie des Bodenbelages in den Laubengängen inklusive Unterkonstruktion erforderlich.
