Municipality of Shumen has awarded consulting services to ADORIA KONSULT EOOD for 112,000 EUR (contract value) to support the organization and management of a project to build a composting facility for biodegradable waste serving Shumen and Novi Pazar, funded through EU support under the Environment Programme 2021-2027. The consultant will provide comprehensive project management including preparation of documentation, compliance monitoring, irregularity reporting, financial and technical oversight, and coordination with the managing authority, with a minimum team of three key experts.
