„Kulturní dům Nové Slunce“ - zpracování projektové dokumentace

The City of Nový Jičín awarded ATRIS, s.r.o. a contract worth 10,475,000 CZK on 21 May 2026 to prepare detailed project documentation for the reconstruction and conversion of a historic building (Nové Slunce) into a cultural centre, including design documentation at multiple stages, engineering services for obtaining necessary permits, and project supervision during construction. The scope encompasses the main building reconstruction in compliance with heritage protection principles, a new wing extension, public space and garden modifications, manager's house renovation, street adjustments, playground conversion to parking, infrastructure connections, and related demolitions.
