Overview
Das Bauvorhaben erstreckt sich auf das in den Jahren 1855/56 (Bauteil B) und 1878 (Bauteil A) errichtete Schulgebäude. Das Eingangsportal des Schulhauses steht unter Denkmalschutz.
Die Generalsanierung wird in zwei Bauabschnitten (BA) umgesetzt. Im ersten Bauabschnitt (I. BA) wurde das Bauteil A saniert. Im zweiten Bauabschnitt (II. BA) wird das Bauteil B saniert.
Bei den Bodenbelagsarbeiten sind im Wesentlichen der Einbau von Trockenestrich und Trittschalldämmung sowie deren Belegung und der Belegung von Zementestrichflächen mit Bodenbelägen geplant.
