Objektplanung Freianlagen gem. Teil 3, Abschnitt 2 HOAI 2021

The State Construction and Property Office Greifswald awarded Kuttner und Kahl Landschaftsarchitekten GbR a contract on 19 May 2026 for architectural landscape planning (HOAI Part 3, Section 2) of exterior facilities for a new Institute of Geography and Geology and seminar and media centre at the University of Greifswald, covering approximately 1,600 m² of outdoor space as part of a two-building complex. The scope includes planning services at performance level 1 (phases 2–4) with optional levels 2–5 (phases 5–9), with a gross building cost budget of approximately 91.66 million EUR and completion required by December 2029 as part of the EFRE funding period 2021–2027; the project must achieve BNB Silver certification standard (minimum 65% compliance).
