Overview
Das Projekt Nordmainische S-Bahn (NMS) umfasst den Neubau einer zweigleisigen elektrifizierten S-Bahn-Strecke von Frankfurt über Maintal nach Hanau. Die Einbindung der neuen S-Bahn erfolgt unterirdisch mit einem Tunnel von Frankfurt Ost bis zum S-Bahn-Station Frankfurt- Konstablerwache.
Für die neue zweigleisige Strecke muss eine Planung für die Leit- und Sicherungstechnik erstellt werden. Die Entwurfsplanung ist bereits vorhanden, sodass nun die PT1-Planung ausgeschrieben werden muss. Diese Ausschreibung betrifft den Bereich Tunnel bzw. die Anbindung des neuen Tunnels an den Bestandstunnel.
