Gegenstand der Vergabe sind zwei Rahmenverträge für die Beschaffung von Microsoft Standardsoftware für die Deutsche Bahn AG über einen Reseller, einen s.g. Microsoft Licensing Solution Partner (LSP). Ausgeschrieben wird in diesem Zusammenhang die Rolle des Partners für den bestehenden MPSA-Vertrag mit der Firma Microsoft.
