Kreis Offenbach, Erweiterung und Umbau der Weibelfeldschule in Dreieich Leistungsumfang: Bauphysik gem. Anlage 1.2 HOAI

Kreis Offenbach has awarded building physics services (HOAI Anlage 1.2) to Kempen Krause Ingenieure GmbH for the expansion and renovation of Weibelfeldschule in Dreieich, a cooperative comprehensive school with approximately 1,700 students. The project encompasses extension construction and renovation of existing buildings from the 1970s, with an estimated construction cost of approximately 30.3 million euros for the extension and 3.2 million euros for the renovation, planned over approximately 62 months starting mid-2026.
