Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy procured and installed five lots of genomic and epigenomic sequencing equipment for the ROGEN project (Romanian Genomic Research Development), with the award given to BIOGENETIX S.R.L. and DEXTER COM S.R.L. for 6,793,881.16 RON on June 30, 2026. The scope included high-volume sequencing systems with long and ultra-long read capabilities, a portable nucleic acid sequencing system, and ancillary services such as installation, commissioning, testing, and operator training for four beneficiary institutions.
