Overview
Die Landeshauptstadt Hannover beabsichtigt eine brandschutztechnische Sanierung des denkmalgeschützten Kulturgebäudes Künstlerhaus in Hannover, bei der auch die Schottung sowie Erneuerung der haustechnischen Installationen berücksichtigt wird.
Die Umsetzung des Projektes soll im laufenden Betrieb und in vier Teilmaßnahmen erfolgen.
Die BGF beträgt ca. 5.000 m², das Gesamtinvestitionsvolumen wird auf rund 8,3 Mio. brutto (KG 200-700) geschätzt.
Beauftragt werden soll die Objektplanung Gebäude §§ 33 ff HOAI für die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9.
