Auftragsgegenstand ist die Ausschreibung eines einheitlichen Rahmenvertrags "Dienstradleasing" für die Mitarbeitenden des Landesverbands Lippe (LVL) einschl. der zugehörigen Einrichtungen und Kulturinstitute. Grundlage für die Ausschreibung sind die Maßgaben des sog. TV-Fahrradleasing in Gestalt von § 19b des Tarifvertrags für den öffentlichen Dienst der Länder (TV-L) vom 12. Oktober 2006, jeweils in der Fassung des aktuellen Änderungstarifvertrages (derzeit Änderungstarifvertrag Nr. 13 vom 9. Dezember 2023).
