Neubau Kinderhaus am Hüterweg in Hybrid-Modulbauweise in Garching - Freianlagenplanung

The City of Garching has awarded a contract for outdoor area planning (Freianlagenplanung) for a new childcare facility at Hüterweg to be constructed in hybrid timber modular building method, designed to accommodate up to two nursery groups and two kindergarten groups with potential for an additional after-school care group for a maximum of 74 children, with completion targeted for the 2028/29 school year. The contract was awarded to Welsch + Egger Landschaftsarchitekten PartmbB for 58,007 EUR on 29 June 2026. The planning is aligned with funding requirements under Article 10 BayFAG (Bavarian Facility Development Act).
