Das Bauvorhaben Neugestaltung einer Tribünenanlage mit der Bezeichnung "Regattatribüne" liegt am Baldeneysee an der Freiherr-vom-Stein-Str. 206a in 45133 Essen-Bredeney.
Die neue Tribüne umfasst eine Fläche von ca. 2.480 m2. Unterhalb der Tribüne befinden sich Lagerräume und Toiletten. An der Südseite der Tribüne wird eine Stufenanlage hergestellt, die übrigen Fassaden werden wechselnd mit vorgehängten Betonfertigteilen und Holzfassadenteilen ausgeführt.
Die Außenanlagen sollen auf einer Fläche von ca. 1.850 m2 neugestaltet werden.
