The Institute of High Pressure Polish Academy of Sciences procured an automated storage chamber for integration with a Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometer (SIMS), enabling fully automated sample loading and sequential handling of large batches of GaN substrates with minimal operator intervention. The chamber provides repeatable measurement conditions, supports chain mode operation for continuous measurement, and enables remote sample management and long-term automated experiments. CAMECA SAS was awarded the contract on 21 May 2026 for EUR 282,276.
