Raamovereenkomst voor het (individueel) leasen van fietsen ten behoeve van het personeel - Selectieleidraad

The City of Antwerp has awarded a four-year framework agreement to BIKE MOBILITY SERVICES BELGIUM for individual bike leasing services available to city employees. The agreement covers lease administration, maintenance, theft insurance, and repair services, with employees able to purchase bicycles at fair market value at lease end. The framework is cost-neutral for the city and aims to minimize administrative burden for both the municipality and participating staff members.
