The Bezirksamt Tempelhof-Schöneberg procured civil works for sanitary and heating infrastructure, including approximately 350 m of plastic sewer pipes (DN 100–300), 18 inspection shafts, demolition of asbestos cement pipes, installation of drinking water lines (approximately 80 m of PE pressure pipe), heating water lines (approximately 120 m of bonded jacket pipe), and cable protection tubes, plus earthworks involving approximately 1,260 m³ of excavation and removal of approximately 370 m² of paving materials. Emil Tepe GmbH & Co. Versorgungstechnik KG was awarded the contract on 29 June 2026 for €292,934.66, and the work is now complete.
