Erweiterung des Amtsgebäudes in Itzstedt
Der neue Baukörper soll in Massivbauweise, barrierefrei, ohne Unterkellerung an das Bestandsgebäude mit bis zu 2 Vollgeschossen angebunden werden, sowie die Möglichkeit einer Gebäudeaufstockung aufweisen, des Weiteren soll sich das neue Gebäude in die Umgebung einfügen. Es wird eine kostengünstige und wirtschaftliche Entwurfslösung erwartet.
