Région Normandie has awarded a contract to LIBRAIRIE EMLS for €7.6 million to provide a single digital platform for acquiring educational resources and textbooks for public secondary schools in Normandy, with advanced search functionality, budget tracking, usage statistics, specimen access, and quote management integrated via the national digital learning environment (ENT/GAR). The contract also includes complementary support services for digital resource adoption in these schools, with the framework agreement effective from June 10, 2026.
