Maintenance, assistance, formation, prestations associées, acquisition de licences et modules complémentaires de l'application CARL

The Département de la Seine-Maritime has awarded a contract to CARL for maintenance, support, training, associated services, and acquisition of licenses and supplementary modules for the CARL application. The framework agreement, valued at €300,000, runs for one year with the possibility of three annual renewals (maximum four years total), with an annual cap of €75,000 excluding tax and no minimum commitment. The procurement was conducted without public competition under article R2122-3 of the French public procurement code due to exclusive rights.
