Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je dodávka jednoho kusu přístroje pro real-time PCR (kvantitativní PCR) umožňující detekci i stopových množství nukleových kyselin v analyzovaném vzorku, genotypizaci, mutační analýzu, metylační analýzu či kvantifikaci genové exprese.
