Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια και εργασίες για τη δημιουργία καταφυγίου αδέσποτων ζώων συντροφιάς στο Δήμο Φυλής , χωρητικότητας 100 ζώων. Στο πλαίσιο των αρμοδιοτήτων των Δήμων σύμφωνα με την περ.Ιγ10 του άρθρου 75 του Ν.3463/2006(Α΄114) όπως τροποποιήθηκε με την περ. 28 της παρ. 2 του άρθρου 94 του Ν.3852/2010 (Α΄87) περιλαμβάνεται η περισυλλογή και διαχείριση των αδέσποτων ζώων κατά την έννοια της περ. ε του άρθρου 1 του Ν.4039/2012 (Α΄15).
