OPRAVA KOMUNIKACE A INŽENÝRSKÝCH SÍTÍ V UL. MATHESIOVA A VYBUDOVÁNÍ PARKOVIŠTĚ A SOCIÁLNÍHO ZÁZEMÍ NA ST. P. Č. 32 V K. Ú. JÁCHYMOV

The City of Jáchymov awarded a contract to TIMA, spol. s r.o. on 12 June 2026 for 17,923,778.52 CZK to complete three phases of urban revitalization works: reconstruction of approximately 200 metres of Mathesiova Street including road surface, sidewalk, and public lighting replacement; installation of storm drainage and water main relocation in the historic town centre around Náměstí Republiky; and construction of a 16-space parking lot with public toilet facilities on an inner-city site. The works also include tree planting, utilities connections, and coordination with heritage protection authorities due to the location within a protected heritage zone.
