DALKIA SA awarded a contract to CLER INGENIERIE and ELCIMAI ENVIRONNEMENT for engineering and project management services related to the design and construction oversight of a 20 MW thermal biomass energy production unit to supply heating to the district heating network in Chambéry, Bassens, Cognin, and La Motte-Servolex. The scope includes detailed pre-project design studies, project-level design studies, assistance with contract procurement (technical specifications and work documentation), and construction supervision, with the award valued at EUR 695,550 on 25 November 2025.
