Správa železnic awarded a contract to FIRESTA-Fišer, rekonstrukce, stavby a.s. and Subterranea a.s. for 290.47 million CZK on 13 May 2026 to complete the first phase of comprehensive roof reconstruction of the new dispatch hall at Prague main railway station. The scope includes complete replacement of the roof waterproofing and drainage system, local repairs to the roof structure, modifications to building systems in commercial units and corridors beneath the roof deck, reconfiguration of transport arrangements for the magistral road and bus stops, and surface treatment of adjacent areas. The work comprises construction execution according to specifications, preparation of implementation documentation, and as-built documentation including geodetic survey and official handover records.
