Overview
Die Planungsaufgabe umfasst den Neubau eines Studierendenwohnheims in den LP 2- 9 mit ca. 109 Wohnplätzen. Um die Eignung des Grundstücks zu überprüfen und um dem Bebauungsplanverfahren eine Grundlage zu bieten, wurde eine Machbarkeitsstudie durch das Architekturbüro ABMP in Freiburg erstellt. Mit der Fortführung der Planungen ist unmittelbar nach der Beauftragung zu beginnen. Ein Abschluss der Maßnahme ist innerhalb von 2 Jahren vorgesehen. Der Bezug ist für Okt. 2027 geplant.
