„Предоставяне на техника под наем за печат, копиране, сканиране и изпращане на факс в структурата на Агенция „Митници“ и развитие и въвеждане на институционална архитектура на Агенция „Митници“ по отношение на система за дигитални архиви (СДА)“

The Bulgarian Customs Agency awarded a contract to A1 Bulgaria EAD on 8 May 2026 for EUR 5,609,369.80 to provide rental of multifunction devices (MFUs, scanners, plotters, and label printers) for printing, copying, scanning, and faxing across the agency's structure, along with development and implementation of a digital archive system architecture. The scope includes hardware and software solutions for device monitoring, user training, analysis and documentation of existing paper and electronic archives, business and technical architecture development, implementation of a document management system with OCR and DMS components, digitalization of paper archives, and staff training on the new digital archive system.
