Kurgesellschaft Bevensen GmbH has awarded structural engineering planning services (Tragwerksplanung gemäß § 51 HOAI) to Ingenieurbüro Grage Gesellschaft für Tragwerksplanung mbH for the redesign of the iodine-saline thermal bath in Bad Bevensen, comprising two construction phases (2027–2029): renovation of the outdoor iodine-saline healing pool with cold-warm therapy and redesign of the iodine-saline VitalAtrium with inhalation facilities. The contract covers planning phases 2–4 with all basic and special services under HOAI standards, with particular focus on compliance with public funding requirements from NBank and separate cost tracking for each construction phase.
