Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών λειτουργίας του Χώρου Υγειονομικής Ταφής Απορριμμάτων (ΧΥΤΑ) 2ης Γεωγραφικής Ενότητας Νομού Αιτωλοακαρνανίας, όπως αναλυτικά περιγράφεται στα Παραρτήματα της παρούσης, για 8.135 τόνους απορριμμάτων.
Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV) : 90513200-8 - Υπηρεσίες διάθεσης στερεών αστικών απορριμμάτων.
Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 185.478,00 € μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24 % (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ: € 229.992,72).
